I’m a 20-year veteran of marketing, sales, customer experience, product development, and continuous improvement efforts. I spent over 13 years with General Electric and half of which was with GE Power building out continuous improvement plans as it pertained to improving customer and vendor relationships.
I am well versed in creating strategic growth plans, implementing voice of customer programs and platforms, and building out analytics and reporting capabilities. Understanding the Energy and Utility industry is a unique skill due to the complexity of the environment and regulatory nature.
